Opened up the mini cam

 

Removed the IR LED ring


Cut off the stock lens using a pen knife


Test fit the wide angle lens onto the camera sensor.
Fits nicely!


Clamped the lens onto the sensor and applied CA glue.



Testing the camera before fixing back into the housing



Modded the stock bracket with a bigger hole to fit in the wide angle lens



done! still fit back into the stock housing with some mods



Ready to fly again with the wide angle lens!
