[PHOTOS] 20150816 RC Excavator, Scale Heli and Quad flying at Punggol Waterway

Went to release some battery juice this morning!

A china toy grade RC Excavator.... love the looks and control, but it's a toy grade... all the joints can be controlled individually.... didn't expect it to perform very well, fun and control is good enough for now! :)


   



After playing with some sand digging... went on to practice on the Scale RC Helicopter...
Only kept practicing figure of 8 today.... so safe and sound... no crashes... :D

 



After draining 4 packs on the heli.... moved on to practice on the mini quadcopter.... drained another 4 packs on the mini quad....

I feel that the scale heli is much easier to control than the mini quad in terms of flying figure of 8... can't really do a proper figure of 8 on the mini quad... maybe cos the heli has a tail boom to aid in determining the orientation...
